When your order reaches you by cargo; Please take delivery of the product by examining it in front of the officer. If the product is damaged, have the officer issue a report and return the product.

Return
If you are not satisfied with the product; You can return the product or request an exchange within 14 days of receipt.
In order for the product to be exchanged and/or returned, you can fill in the "Exchange/Return Request Form" that comes out of your cargo package, together with the product and its invoice, by covering the shipping fee.

If the invoice was issued on behalf of the company at the time of purchase, the return invoice issued by the relevant company should be sent along with the product at the time of return. The return invoice must be issued without including the cargo share (in the form of product unit price + VAT). When the return is approved, you will be contacted from your registered e-mail address and your bank account information will be requested for the product price refund. The bank account information to which the refund will be sent must belong to the name on your invoice. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to your credit card account.

Refunds will be made within 1-5 business days.
The return of a product is generally subject to the following conditions:
Refunds must be made through the request form and must be made with the invoice. Products that have been worn, used, washed, destroyed and whose original box/packaging have been damaged and have lost their resaleability are not accepted for return. In cases where the above situations are determined, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

Size Change
Our customer who wants to change the size or color without washing and wearing within 14 days of receiving the product, round-trip shipping If the product is paid for, the product sent with its invoice is examined, it is confirmed that there is no obstacle to its resale, then the same product is exchanged for a different size or color available in our stocks and delivered to the relevant person.

If you are sure that there is any damage to the product you received; please contact us via info@lovemetoo.com.tr. Do not throw away the product, packaging and invoice as we will need a detailed research. The situation will be examined as soon as possible and all necessary actions will be taken for your satisfaction.
